FORCING A CODE CHANGE

(as an extra user or manager)

Extra users and managers have the option of changing their own code.

The keypad gives you the option of forcing a periodic code change. In consultation with the installer an

interval is programmed at which the code must be changed. For users to whom this is applicable, the

message ‘Code Accepted’ appears when they enter their code. The ‘xxx’ indicates which code number the

user has. Only the first 32 codes can use this option. From 8 days before the code is automatically deleted,

the message ‘Change code NOW!’ appears in the display. The code MUST be changed within this time. If

the period elapses without the code being changed, the code is deleted. Only managers who can create

codes are able to change their code after this.

You must assign the privilege ‘We’ or ‘Wa’ to users with this privilege.
